S.C. Holdings was created by the principles of Stoneburner-Development Company and First Capital Consultants to facilitate off balance sheet financing for National and Regional Home Builders. S.C. Holdings is primarily focused on Florida Real Estate with individual deals ranging up to Fifty Million Dollars.

The principals, Kevin Stoneburner and Chris Cioffi, have combined experience of fifty years in all facets of real estate development and finance.

S.C. Holdings has financed residential and commercial projects from Jacksonville to Naples. Flexible deal structuring has allowed S.C. Holdings to accommodate the individual requirements of different builders as expeditiously as possible.

The company is actively seeking new relationships with builders throughout the state. Although S.C. Holdings is primarily focused on land banking the company would consider joint ventures or wholesale purchases of existing land or building inventory.
